Reduced expenditure due to automation
Your goal is to save energy and not spend much time collecting energy data. IngSoft InterWatt stands for automatic data collection without much effort. Almost all data sources are usable:
- Utility bills, manual recording or electronic data exchange
- Load data of the grid operator or the meter operator (e.g. via EDIFact MSCONS)
- Manual recording by service technicians on a case-by-case basis via regular meter reading orders (with tracking and escalation); also via a free, offline-enabled mobile app (OCR in preparation)
- Use of data loggers
- Connection to existing load management, building control or process control systems – even if only momentary values are available there
As an independent software provider, IngSoft is open to all existing and future systems. Currently, around 150 interface versions are available, including important standards such as EDIFact, BACnet and OPC. Our proprietary interface technology lets us adapt new interfaces in record time.
In addition to the pure energy data, further dynamic data is almost always necessary to be able to assess the energy consumption values. Weather data (e.g. from the DWD (German Weather Service), the ZMAG (Austrian Central Institute for Meteorology and Geodynamics) or MeteoSwiss) are automatically included, thus enabling, for example, fully automatic weather clearing of room heat consumption. Furthermore, e.g. area values can be compared with CAFM (computer-aided facility management) systems, student numbers can be queried to the school directors via annual meter reading orders, and produced quantities can be imported from the production planning system.
The IngSoft SoftLogger allows the use of all interfaces available in IngSoft InterWatt even if there is a limited network connection between the system to be connected and the IngSoft InterWatt server.
