Support and development work together
Support and development work hand in hand as we develop our software completely with our own personnel at the Nuremberg site. This is how we answer your questions quickly and offer you the right solutions.
In addition to technical support, we provide regular software updates, information material and a variety of seminars and conferences.
A basic training covering all aspects of the software is mandatory. This training can be booked as in-house training at your site. Alternatively, you can attend one of our regular open seminars.
In addition, we regularly offer you expert training as a customer . Here, some software features are presented in detail, and you learn to apply them specifically.
An annual highlight is our User conference . It is a great opportunity to talk to our developers and other IngSoft InterWatt users, share experiences, and get an idea of developments in progress.
